FlexDeliveryService – Preferred delivery
The FlexDeliveryService is one of many different services we offer our business customers. It provides recipients with maximum flexibility for parcel delivery by keeping them continuously informed about their delivery status. The email notifications announcing the upcoming delivery not only show the estimated delivery window – the recipient also has access to a variety of delivery options. This allows recipients to plan ahead for the delivery or, if needed, select their preferred delivery option online from the available choices.

- Delivery on the preferred date
- Delivery to a new address
- Granting a drop-off authorisation
- Delivery to a GLS ParcelShop
- Self-collection from a GLS depot
- Refusal of acceptance (return to sender)
Your customers enjoy maximum flexibility and full control – even during the delivery process! Through the delivery-option links in the email, they can easily change their preferences or use the online parcel tracking in the GLS private customer area to redirect a parcel. - Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Germany, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Great Britain, Italy, Ireland, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Norway, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, the Czech Republic and Hungary.
- Cross-border delivery is possible between most of these countries.
Please note: Not all delivery options are available in all countries or may only become available after the first unsuccessful delivery attempt.
