Upon request, GLS can drop off your parcels at a location of your choice, for example outside your front door, the hallway, or your garden. All we need is for you to sign up for contactless delivery.
You can authorise another person in writing to collect your consignment. You can use the form on the notification card to issue authorisation. The authorised individual must bring this authorisation and official photographic identification with them.
GLS is always there to help: the GLS app offers consignees all sorts of functionality. A particularly practical feature is that individual data, such as parcel labels and addresses, are available both via the app and at the online GLS-ONE portal.
Let me help you answer your questions.
