How does payment on delivery work?
Upon delivery, the driver sees the cash-on-delivery amount on their scanner and personally collects the specified amount from your customer.
You receive your money securely and quickly: with our CashService, cash-on-delivery payments from Germany are usually transferred to your account on the fifth working day after delivery.
The maximum cash-on-delivery amount and liability limit is €2,500.
Cash-on-delivery payments to Poland
Please note that CashService parcels sent to Poland are billed in zloty. Due to potential exchange rate fluctuations, we reserve the right to apply a three per cent risk buffer on the current exchange rate.
