"Although this means more work, it also ensures that every package goes out with a lot of love," says Marc.
Despite this, the Makosa duo soon faced the challenge of processing both individual orders and larger deliveries for cafes and customers. Through the German Athletics Association (DLV), they then made contact with GLS. The integration of GLS services into the Makosa online shop went smoothly. "We just had to add an app, and we were good to go," says Marc. He highlights the customer service that is there to help with challenges - and adds contentedly: "even though we only had to use it once so far."
