Since the recipient does not need to be present at the time of delivery, this service offers a flexible and efficient shipping solution for everyone involved – sender, recipient and delivery driver alike. Delivery to a ParcelShop also helps to reduce emissions by minimising unsuccessful delivery attempts.

It’s that simple: when placing an order, your customers simply select their preferred GLS Parcelshop. The online Parcelshop search displays the nearest shop after entering a town or postcode. We then ensure reliable delivery – directly to the chosen GLS Parcelshop. Please note that the delivery of tyres to Parcelshops is not possible.

Once the parcel has arrived at the selected GLS Parcelshop, the recipient is immediately notified by email. From the following working day, your customers then have eight full business days to conveniently collect their parcel from the shop.
