What options are there for obtaining a returns label for the GLS ShopReturnService?
There are several ways to obtain a returns label for the ShopReturnService:
- The prepared GLS returns label is enclosed with the shipping package.
- The returns label is provided online as a PDF for you to print out yourself.
- A QR code is provided, which the customer shows in the GLS parcel store. The returns label is then printed out directly in the store and given to the customer when the parcel is handed in.
This means that returns can be made flexibly and without having to print out the label yourself.
