As part of the Letterbox Service, we are liable for loss or damage up to an amount of 8.33 Special Drawing Rights of the International Monetary Fund per kg of the gross weight of the shipping envelope. If this amount is less than EUR 10.00 and less than the purchase price of the goods sent, GLS will reimburse the purchase price, up to a maximum of EUR 10.00 per mailing bag.
