To find out to what extent we are the right fulfilment partner for potential customers, we take into account information on article and order structure, volume and system connections, among other things. Generally speaking, however, thanks to our automation systems, we are able to serve large customers with correspondingly high parcel volumes. At the same time, we also have customers who sent their very first parcel with us and have grown significantly alongside us.
