Step 1: Personal interview
In an initial personal meeting, we take the time to understand your company and your individual needs and requirements for our fulfilment services. Tell us more about your products, customers, business model and ideas for customization and packaging design. This conversation can be conducted at any time and from anywhere via video call, or you can drop by for a personal meeting.
Step 2: Onboarding process
In the best case scenario, onboarding can be completed within a few days so that you can start using Versandmanufaktur as your new fulfilment service provider as quickly as possible. As a rule, however, we recommend planning 2-3 weeks together in order to optimally coordinate the processes. During operational onboarding, we discuss your requirements for standard processes and customizations. In technical onboarding, we take care of setting up the interfaces to your store system.
Step 3: Working in partnership
