To use the CashService, you must be a business customer with us. Your customers pay cash on delivery directly upon delivery, GLS takes care of the processing and transfers the amount to you.

The delivery person collects the amount displayed in the scanner personally. The maximum Cash on delivery amount is € 2,500.
