How can I submit a return using the GLS ShopReturnService?
- Return label or QR code received from the sender
- Packing goods securely
- Drop off a parcel at a GLS parcelshop
- Stick on the label or scan the QR code in the store
The return is then sent back and can be tracked online. Usually free of charge for the customer.
