Where can I view clarification cases for my undeliverable parcels?
If there is a clarification case for a shipment, you can view this directly in the parcel details in the shipping monitor.
In the tab "Processes" you will find the associated clarification cases and any damage reports and can access the detailed information directly from there.
We also provide you with an overview of all open clarification cases in the "Action list" in the navigation or via the link /tasks available.
