1. Robust outer packaging

1. Use new, sturdy cardboard
2. Choose water-resistant quality
3. For heavy parcels: at least double-wall cardboard

2. Secure inner packaging

1. Place heavy content at the bottom, light content at the top
2. Completely pad out contents and cavities
3. Avoid direct contact between goods and packaging

3. Suitable upholstery materials

1. Bubble wrap or air chamber bags
2. Corrugated cardboard rolls or crumpled kraft paper
3. For particularly sensitive goods: precisely fitting molded parts (e.g. polystyrene)

4. Stable closure

1. Use tear-resistant adhesive tape with high adhesive strength
2. Carefully close all edges, corners and flaps
