What information do I need for a parcel damage report?
- Parcel number
- Content of the program
- Value of goods
- Claims calculation
For parcels with a value of more than €50, we also require
- Commercial invoice (customer invoice)
- Proof of dispatch (e.g. delivery bill)
- Purchase value or margin
- Binding declaration of non-receipt (for lost parcels)
- Pictures of the damaged goods and packaging including visible GLS parcel number (for damaged parcels)
