What do your customers need to bear in mind when collecting from a GLS Parcel Shop?
Your customers must always bring their identity card, passport or driving licence with them when collecting parcels from the GLS Parcel Shop.
If the parcel is to be collected from the GLS Parcel Shop by someone else, e.g. a family member, then the recipient must remember to issue a power of attorney. Your customers will find the power of attorney on the back of the notification card or online as PDF for download and printing.
