What are my responsibilities as a package shop partner?
As a GLS Package Shop partner, you will have the following responsibilities:
- They accept packages from senders.
- You hold packages for recipients who were not at home and hand them out when they pick them up at your store
- They advise the customer if the customer still needs a shipping label
- They accept packages that recipients wish to return to the sender.
