I get error 009 - what does this mean and how can I fix it? Copy
The error 009 indicates a problem with the GLS WebAPI connection in the Access data towards. Possible causes for this are
- WebAPI User name is incorrectly stored or missing
- WebAPI Password is incorrectly stored or missing
- Customer ID or Contact-ID are incorrectly stored or missing
Solution: Please check all the above details carefully at Settings - Account - WebAPI access data. If you are unsure, please get in touch with your GLS contact person to check or resend the WebAPI access data.
