We ensure transparent billing for NB-Gut shipments by recording all parcel dimensions using certified measuring systems. This makes it possible to track how costs are incurred at all times.

The NB good surcharge is only charged if certain criteria are met (e.g. special shape or excess length). If an overlength surcharge is already levied, an additional NB good surcharge is not applicable.
