We check each consignment individually. If a parcel cannot be processed automatically due to its shape, size or packaging, it is classified as NB goods.

The dimensions are recorded using certified measurement technology so that the billing remains transparent and traceable. If a surcharge is already charged (e.g. for excess length), there is no additional NB-Gut surcharge.
