To create a return, please go to the menu item "Shipping" and select "Delivered". then open the order for which you want to create a return. Alternatively, you can also enter the order number in the search field at the top right to find the order directly. Then click on the "Create return" button. A returns label will now be created automatically, which you must send to the customer.
