1. Robust outer packaging
- Choose a sturdy cardboard box to suit the size, weight and contents
- For heavy consignments: at least double-wall cardboard
- Sustainable options such as recycled cardboard boxes or reusable packaging possible
2. Secure inner packaging
- Place heavy objects at the bottom and light objects at the top
- Completely pad out all cavities
- Suitable materials: bubble wrap, kraft paper, corrugated cardboard or molded parts
- Avoid direct contact between contents and carton
3. Stable closure
- Use tear-resistant adhesive tape
- Carefully glue all edges, corners and flaps

- Remove old labels
- Affix the new shipping label clearly visible on the largest side
