We are liable for damage caused by loss or damage while a parcel is in the care of us. Liability does not include consequential damages such as loss of profit. If no transport insurance has been taken out for the shipment, we are liable beyond the statutory liability for the value of the goods shipped up to a maximum of EUR 750 per parcel. The value of the goods shall be the purchase price, the current value in the case of used goods or the auction price in the case of goods sent at auction, depending on which value is the lowest in the individual case.
