Check whether the return label is already included in the parcel.
Check whether there is any information on the vendor's website regarding returns shipping. You can often create your return label directly from the website too.
Contact your vendor.
We have good news for all Zalando customers: If your ordered dress or sweater is not the right size or simply doesn't fit your style, you can now hand in the return parcel at one of over 6,000 GLS ParcelShops and send it back to Zalando.
All you need is a Zalando return label with the printed GLS logo and a GLS ParcelShop near you.

Stick the return label onto the return package.
Hand over your return parcel in a GLS ParcelShop of your choice.
