GLS Parcelstation: Simply collect and send parcels 24/7
Are you often not at home but still want to receive your parcels flexibly? Then use our parcelstations near you.
At a parcelstation, you can send parcels and collect them 24/7 – completely independent of opening hours. For collection, you simply need the QR code or pickup code that we send to you by email.
You can find our parcel lockers in the GLS location search under the name “Parcelstation #…”.

Pick up - Pick up parcels from a Parcelstation - here's how!
1. Receive email
You will receive an e-mail that your parcel is in the Parcelstation.
2. Enter code
Go to the Parcelstation.
Scan the QR code from your email or enter the collection code.
3. Open compartment
A compartment opens.
Take out your parcel and close the door.
Drop off - Drop off a parcel at a Parcelstation
Here you can also conveniently frank your private parcel online and hand it in at a Parcelstation. To do this, select "Delivery to ParcelShop" and then choose a Parcelstation under "Select ParcelShop". You can recognise a Parcelstation by the name "Parcelstation #...".
Sending - Sending a parcel with a Parcelstation
1. Scan QR code
Go to the Parcelstation. Scan the barcode on your GLS parcel label.
2. E-mail or telephone number
Enter your email or mobile number on the display.
3. Open compartment
A compartment opens. Insert the parcel and close the door.
4. Done!
You will then receive a confirmation by e-mail.
Redirect - Redirect parcel to a Parcelstation
You can redirect your parcel to a Parcelstation in your shipment tracking email or in the parcel tracking on our website. To do this, select a ParcelShop named "Parcelstation #...". You will then receive an email that your parcel will be delivered to a Parcelstation. As soon as your parcel is ready for pick-up we will send you another message with your pick-up code.
Shipping directly to a Parcelstation
You can send your parcel directly to a Parcelstation. To do this, select the Delivery option "To Parcelshop/-station" after you entered the recipient address.
Nearby parcelstations will be offered and can be selected via their name "Parcelstation #..."
The recipient will automaticaqlly be informed, as soon as his parcel is ready for pickup at the Parcelstation.
Information on the storage time
The parcel will remain in the parcelstation for three business days from the date of delivery.
