GLS Competition
The following conditions apply to participation in the competition organised by General Logistics Systems Germany GmbH & Co. OHG, GLS-Germany-Strasse 1 - 7, 36286 Neuenstein (hereinafter referred to as GLS Germany):
Eligibility:
Each participant accepts these terms and conditions by participating. Only natural persons aged 18 and over with a residence in Germany are eligible to participate and win. By participating, each participant agrees that their profile name may be used by GLS Germany to determine the winners of the competition in compliance with applicable data protection laws. The participant confirms that all information provided is truthful. Furthermore, the participant agrees that GLS Germany may contact them via Facebook or Instagram for the purpose of prize notification if selected as a winner. In such cases, their address may also be stored and used for prize delivery. Stored data will be deleted no later than 6 months after the end of the competition.
How to participate:
To enter the competition, participants must interact with the competition post on the official GLS Facebook or Instagram page – e.g. comment, hashtag, like, heart or share the post. Please refer to the current competition post for exact participation requirements.
Prize / Duration of the competition:
Details on the prizes and the entry deadline can be found in our current competition post. Prizes cannot be paid out in cash or exchanged. If the winner(s) do not respond within one week, the right to the prize expires. After the competition ends, winners will be drawn promptly.
Winner selection and notification:
After the competition period ends, winners will be randomly selected by the GLS Social Media Team from all eligible participants. Winners will be notified via comment or private message. Winners must then contact GLS Germany via private message (providing their name and delivery address). If a winner does not reply within one week, the prize claim expires. For data protection reasons, participants are asked not to post their address publicly. Prize packages will be shipped within two weeks of receiving the winner's address to the address in Germany provided.
Exclusion from the competition:
GLS Germany reserves the right to exclude participants who manipulate or attempt to manipulate the competition process and/or offer, who violate participation rules or the GLS Netiquette, or who otherwise attempt to improperly influence the competition. Related Facebook or Instagram posts may be deleted. In such cases, GLS Germany is entitled to revoke and reclaim any prizes already awarded.
Right to make changes:
Legal Notice / Disclaimer: Legal recourse is excluded. GLS Germany is not liable for incidents beyond its control. This includes, but is not limited to, unlawful participant content, misdirected messages, website unavailability, technical issues affecting the competition, internet disruptions, participant PC failures, database or software errors, issues with communication networks, servers or providers, data loss during transmission, delivery delays, viruses or anomalies. This competition is in no way connected with, sponsored or organised by Facebook or Instagram. Facebook and Instagram are not responsible or contact partners for this competition but serve solely as platforms for its organisation and required data processing.

A respectful and responsible interaction within our community is very important to us. Therefore, please always remain polite and fair. We review comments and reserve the right to delete offensive or irrelevant content.
The following types of comments will be deleted without exception:
Content that is hurtful, offensive, threatening, or otherwise infringes on the rights of others.
Content that is obscene, insulting, glorifies violence, or is otherwise illegal.
Discriminatory content directed at a particular race, ethnicity, religion, gender, nationality, or political belief.
